Administration Coordinator


This new role is to support the Agricultural Director with a multitude of business tasks and manage the Winchester administration reporting to the Executive Director.

Below is a breakdown of the key tasks, but it is not an exhaustive list and is subject to change as key projects come and go:

  • Maintaining Gold records.
  • Coordinate training.
  • Support manufacturer's processes.
  • Coordinate workshop planning.
  • To assist the director with the following:
    • Pre-show set-up.
    • CRM & GDPR.
    • Lorry Logistics.
    • Holiday recording.
    • Key report generation.
    • Invoice coding and loading/scanning.
    • Support Health and Safety & Fire assessments.
    • General PA/secretarial duties to support the ED.
