Administration Coordinator
This new role is to support the Agricultural Director with a multitude of business tasks and manage the Winchester administration reporting to the Executive Director.
Below is a breakdown of the key tasks, but it is not an exhaustive list and is subject to change as key projects come and go:
- Maintaining Gold records.
- Coordinate training.
- Support manufacturer's processes.
- Coordinate workshop planning.
- To assist the director with the following:
- Pre-show set-up.
- CRM & GDPR.
- Lorry Logistics.
- Holiday recording.
- Key report generation.
- Invoice coding and loading/scanning.
- Support Health and Safety & Fire assessments.
- General PA/secretarial duties to support the ED.
