What will be expected from you?

  • Guide customers on parts availability, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Log, allocate, and manage parts and consumables from suppliers with precision.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both external and internal customers.
  • Offer knowledgeable recommendations on suitable parts to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate customer records on our systems.
  • Communicate relevant promotions, offers, and product information to customers effectively.
  • Ensure full familiarity with all procedures and processes within the parts department.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the manufacturer and suppliers.

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of maintaining a methodical and logical approach, particularly during busy periods.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Proficient in IT, with experience in web-based systems, email, and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or dealership environment is desirable but not essential.
