Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Product Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. As a Product Consultant, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving product sales. Your expertise in upselling and organisational skills will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to potential clients.
• Utilise upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using relevant software.
• Provide exceptional phone etiquette while handling enquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for improving product offerings.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Assist in training new team members on best practices in sales techniques and customer engagement.

Experience

• Proven experience in a sales or hospitality role.
• Proficiency in using software tools for managing sales and customer data.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with customers.
