Customer Service Advisor - Haynes Trucks Ashford


We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team here at a multi-franchise site in Ashford. We pride ourselves on our service and customer satisfaction.

In this role, we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering the highest quality of customer service, going above and beyond to provide an excellent experience to our customers every time.

Responsibilities:

  • -Making and taking calls for bookings, enquiries, liaising with customers and subcontract suppliers.
  • -Responding and updating customers
  • -Creating work packs and documentation within a DMS system
  • -Quoting work required
  • -Creating and updating digital service records including brand reports
  • -Working with our customers demand to schedule repairs and maintenance
  • -Reporting to the supervisors
  • -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • -Working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems
  • -Motor industry experience would be preferred but is not essential
  • -Self-motivated
  • -Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • -Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
  • -Good literacy skills
  • -Effective verbal and listening communication skills for effective communication with the members of staff at all levels
  • -Well-presented and professional attitude
  • -Personable, enthusiastic and approachable

Job Types: Full-time/Permanent

5 days a week, your work hours are negotiable. One in three Saturdays paid additionally to your salary

Salary will be dependent on skill and experience
