Product Consultant

Haynes is a leading dealership in Kent, known for its commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a wide selection of quality new vehicles. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Vehicle Product Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Our Product Consultants are the face of our dealership and are responsible for guiding our guests through the vehicle buying process and ensuring they have an exceptional experience. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing expert knowledge of our products, and helping customers to find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting customers, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Understanding customer needs and providing detailed information about suitable vehicles, specifications, and financing options.
• Developing strong customer relationships.
• Conducting test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
• Negotiating sales prices and trade-in values.
• Completing sales paperwork.
• Keeping updated on product knowledge, features, and technologies.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
• A customer-oriented mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving license and a clean driving record.

Proven sales or hospitality experience would be ideal, however if you share our values, you have the right mindset and you are willing to learn, we would love to hear from you. Full company and manufacturer training will be provided.
