Role Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Agricultural Service Technicians to join our dynamic team, with roles available at our sites in Newbury & Winchester.

Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of agricultural machinery, including tractors, combine harvesters, and other farm equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing routine maintenance and servicing of agricultural machinery.
  • Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in equipment.
  • Conducting repairs efficiently and effectively to minimize downtime.
  • Providing on-site support to farmers and agricultural businesses.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all service and repair work.
  • Staying updated with the latest advancements in agricultural technology.
  • Collaborating with the parts and sales teams to provide technical support and advice.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience as an Agricultural Service Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Relevant qualifications in agricultural engineering or a related field are desirable.
